Art & Nature

Posted in birds, nature, photos with tags , , on January 23, 2008 by naturespalette

As some of you may already know, I am an artist - and although painting is my passion, animals are my muse. As often as a client will let me I will try to work in a bird here, a squirrel there, or some sort of furry living thing just to add that special something to my work. Birds in particular seem to be a favorite subject of mine, perhaps because I’ve kept parrots and other small birds as pets.

Many times the addition of an animal in the painting is only natural, because it would be something that realistically would be in such a scene.
